Our P3 ratcheting pruner is our work horse ratchet pruner, made of steel, the P3 is a commercial pruner able to cut up to a one inch limb with ease. The ratchet mechanism reduces trauma to the plant, this is a true anvil ratchet pruner, so it will cut softer live wood, but also perfect for hard dead wood. The curved blade design allows you to place branches further back in the jaw of the tool giving you much better leverage. THE P3 has a metal knuckle safety guard to protect your hands when you are reaching into shrubs or trees.
